在工(gong)業化進程發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)迅速的今天,光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)切割機無疑(yi)成為效率高工(gong)具的代表,各(ge)大廠商一直在向著更大幅面、更高精度、更高功(gong)率方向發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),這也使得(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)切割機在各(ge)工(gong)業領域取得(de)(de)了(le)長足發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。那(nei)國產(chan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器的發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)歷程是怎樣的呢(ni)?那(nei)么我們來看(kan)看(kan):
光(guang)纖(xian)激光(guang)器國產(chan)化(hua)拉低進口價(jia)格:
光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)器按(an)照(zhao)輸出(chu)功率(lv)可分為三個層次:低(di)功率(lv)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)器(<100 W)主要用(yong)于(yu)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)打標、鉆(zhan)孔、精細加工以及金屬(shu)(shu)雕刻等(deng);中功率(lv)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)器(<1.5 kW)主要用(yong)于(yu)金屬(shu)(shu)材料的(de)焊接和(he)切(qie)割,金屬(shu)(shu)表面(mian)的(de)翻新處(chu)理;高(gao)功率(lv)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)器(>1.5 kW)主要用(yong)于(yu)厚金屬(shu)(shu)板的(de)切(qie)割、特殊板材的(de)三維(wei)加工等(deng)。
我國(guo)的(de)(de)高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激光(guang)(guang)(guang)器研(yan)(yan)發起步較(jiao)晚,但發展迅速。2001年(nian)(nian)中科院上海光(guang)(guang)(guang)機(ji)所(suo)在國(guo)內率(lv)(lv)先開展了高(gao)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激光(guang)(guang)(guang)技(ji)術的(de)(de)理論(lun)與實驗研(yan)(yan)究,2005年(nian)(nian)率(lv)(lv)先突破(po)千瓦大(da)關(guan)獲得(de)單纖(xian)(xian)連續激光(guang)(guang)(guang)1.05 kW的(de)(de)輸出,并在2009年(nian)(nian)利用國(guo)產光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)實現1.75 kW功(gong)率(lv)(lv)輸出。
隨后清華大學、國防科技大學、西安光機所、銳科、創鑫、飛博等多家單位也實現了千瓦和數千瓦級的激光輸出。沒有自主研發前,我(wo)國高功率(lv)光(guang)纖激光(guang)器曾長期依賴進(jin)口(kou),價格昂貴,供貨(huo)周(zhou)期長。2016年銳(rui)科激光(guang)成(cheng)功研發出(chu)中國首(shou)臺2萬瓦(wa)連續(xu)光(guang)纖激光(guang)器,預(yu)計2018年實現商用,這一技術成(cheng)果(guo)直接打破國外(wai)技術壟斷,預(yu)計可使進(jin)口(kou)產品(pin)降價百分(fen)之40左(zuo)右。
